The printer is amazing!! I did a copy of a wallet size photo and enlarged to an 8x10, and it looked so well nobody could believe it was a copy It turned out as nice as the original!! :)
I had been looking to upgrade my curent digital camera and when I found the camera and printer bundled together, I was really intrigued. I checked out the features at the Canon site and was impressed with the features of both. I decided to get this bundle and keep the printer ready as a back-up to the one I have been usung for several years. I am LOVING my new camera, it is so easy to use and very fast. The results are outstanding and the software is easy to learn. I have used it so much more than my old camera...and I used the old one quite a bit. I have only had it a couple of weeks, so no problems have popped up as yet. I have had a 35mm Canon in the past and if this one is as good as that one was, I will be very happy. I will not be hooking up the printer until there is a need for it.
once you install the my printer you can either print with color or copy you dont have to use both of them
The main reason I purchased the printer/camera combo was for a replacement printer. Researching printers on the internet, I learned of the printer/camera bundles offered by Canon. Having an older and somewhat out-dated 3.2mp camera, I thought the bundle package was a great option to upgrade both printer and camera at the same time. The printer makes fantastic photo prints, and makes them very fast. Printing of documents is a little slower than my old printer, but it's of no concern to me because I don't do a great deal of printing. Document printing is of a good quality as well. Print head alignment was a little confusing at first, but probably because I was used to the layout with my old printer. The camera is amazing. Packed full of features one would expect from a camera costing 2 or 3 times as much. Picture quality and detail is great. I haven't had the bundle pack for very long, so I still have a lot to learn about the camera and it's features. Purchase of a larger storage capacity SD card is a must, because the 16meg card supplied will only hold a few images. I am VERY pleased with both the printer and the camera.
The camera is GREAT. Very easy to use. The regular price of the camera alone is almost as much as the camera/printer bundle. I already had the camera and loved it, but bought the bundle to get the printer and give the second camera as a gift. The printer is very easy to use and makes great photos, copies, etc. I do prefer to HP photo paper for quality, but the free paper with this bundle is also very good. You won't go wrong buying this!!
I'm not tech. "savvy" but I jammed it together and have already printed several great shots of hummingbirds feeding no less. Of course I used the 16X zoom but the prints are just fine on the 4" X 6" photo glossy paper they include. I'm happy.
It takes the best pics i took it to the doxie races and used the video and takes really good pics the printer is easy to set up and use
I've only had it a short time, but I am very pleased with the camera. It takes excellent pictures. I have not used the printer yet, but I am sure it will print great pictures. I rread a lot of reviews on the package before buying it. The overall review for the product was right at 4.5 stars. I only gave it 4 stars for the following reasons. >The memory card that comes with the camera only holds a few pictures before it is full. You will need to buy a card with more memory. >If the LCD is left on while taking pictures the camera goes through a lot of batteries. Leave the LCD off and you'll be pleased with the number of pictures you'll be able to take. >The battery and memory card cover is a weak point on the camera. When opening and closing the cover extreme care must be given or it will break.
The AS570 is a small, light weight camera with more features than I know what to do with. We have a lot of pets, and the optical zoom feature allows us to get pictures while not getting so close to the animals that they get distracted. Picture quality is great, and sending copies to the computer is a breeze. The memory card that comes with it only holds 6 or 7 pictures, so I would recommend upgrading to a larger card. I'm not a technical guru, so I suspect some of the features will remain unused. The user instructions could be written a little more clearly. The printer that was bundled with the camera is great. Not only does it print great pictures, but it has replaced the printer we had for the computer. It prints faster, and very good quality bw and color printing.
The Camera is very easy to use and pictures come out very clear. The printer is great, you can use any memory card.
