this product is good, however when you go over a speed bump your phone will fall off
No problem with phone falling off .charges everytime phone is placed on charger base
When I opened the package, the bracket with the magnetic puck was not attached to the vent clip and I could not reattach it. I contacted Zagg to request to return the product for a refund. They provided a prepaid label to return the mount and credited my account once they received the package. I was disappointed with the product but satisfied with the service on the return.
I'd like you to give me a call. I got my new iPhone 13 max And on the 2nd day after installation my phone and the magnet piece that attaches (not so well) to the vents came crashing to the floor in my car and broke my new screensaver. I think this particular phone may be too heavy for your system. I'm really disappointed as I was excited about the idea but now my brand new phone has scratches and a smashed screen protector
works well but it does not fit in my car vent. forcing it cracked the vent.
I followed the directions and was so excited to use it. It worked at first, but the holder wouldn't kept dropping down when I put the phone on it. I took it out of my car because the direction said not to leave it in a hot place. When I used it again the holder was broken. I don't know how it happened. I put it back in the box it came in. I'm going to call them tomorrow. I can't believe the holder broke after the first use.
10 days in the screw holding the snap got loose and has now come apart. I now have 2 pieces- a working charger but not one that can attach to the car vent! And a useless car vent attachment with a screw on it
Doesnt stay on vent. Magnet isnt strong. Too expensive.
The first time I set it up in my car it set off the 911 alarm when it clamped onto my phone. That wasn't fun. It also wouldn't stick to my leather counsel so I returned it two days later.
