My puppy did not want any wet food when I got her so we tired this and she absolutely loves it! Every time she goes out to potty we bring her in and give to Her as a treat so she uses the restroom outside and gets on a schedule for eating as well. Once she's potty trained her routine will already be set to her body so will be easier to decipher when she wants to go she will be on that time frame. I'm excited she will eat this brand/ and mix. Two table spoons as she's a poodle shitzu mix the can toppers don't fit well on this smaller can size but shower caps work as can covers
This food is like human food it’s diced in little tiny squares that almost would pass for toddler baby food you will see rice in it peas and little cubes of chicken or turkey does not smell bad I’m a breeder and use it to get my puppy started because they love it I’ve had no problems with it a prior review said it gave their dog worms that doesn’t happen your dog doesn’t get worms from food FYI

My Hera (8 month old Rottie Shepherd mix) is super picky and this is the only topper I've found that she will eat without issue. I've been through so many (human foods/broths and puppy toppers) different options and she eat them once maybe twice then turn her nose to it. This is the only ONE!!
My puppy loves the taste. The gravy tends to be sticky when mixed with dry kibble, so I add a tablespoon of hot water. It is best to remove all contents of the can, transferring to an empty bowl, to mix the water into it and prior to adding to dry kibble. I recommend not using as a topper on dry kibble because only this product will get eaten. It is that good!
We have a 11 month old pair of lab sisters, one Silver named Laverne the Charcoal lab is Shirley and when these get to their bowl's with the Pro mixed in with their dry it is a race on to see who finishes first ...both a tie every time I give them The Pro choice
This is not a minced food, it has a nugget shape and a thick broth. I like it because you can mash some and leave the rest whole. You can actually see the peas, rice, and other ingredients. The price is good for the value. I have repeatedly purchased this for my small puppy.
I only gave 3 bc all 5 of my furbabies eat pro plan mini bites hard food. Tho 3 out 5 puppies all got diarrhea. Plus I had to smash up the food bc the pieces were to big for tiny pups.
Somehow I missed on the label that this has peppers in it and is chunks of food rather than the other kind and I don't know why all these dog foods are trying to put peas in their food. Dogs mostly hate them and they're actually not too great for dogs. It doesn't really stay was actually in it and doesn't really show how it looks. None of my dogs have liked it because the peppers and peas
I had ordered 12 cans of this canned puppy food with my grocery delivery yesterday and I have never had a problem with this food before. My dog loves it. But unloading my dog food cans I noticed sticky wetness on the cans. I honestly think this screw up was a Walmart employee not caring or not paying attention. They sold me a can that had a hole in the side of it and when I opened the can I was mad. No sense in someone being so careless.
