This works great for my wife.
No problems after 3 days. Arrived the same day I ordered it. Easy to put on and stays in place. Very happy with it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone fairly active who is getting back into harder muscle workouts, I often have joint pain that needs some relief to get me through the day. This flex temp joint wrap from sunbeam is the perfect size for daily use or travel. The wrap is easy to put on and stays in place better than i had hoped due to the Stretch and Velcro. The cold pack is easy to remove and put back in and has it’s own separate sleeve that provided relief without freezing my leg. I love that this option allows me to grab something the kids need while still icing the hurting joint. The electric cord is fairly long (always a plus for those rooms with limited outlets!) and easy to attach to the sleeve. I love that there are three different temp options and that there is little wait time for it to heat up. Obviously while on heat you don’t have free range but the long cord does allow plenty of room to get comfortable. It’s hard to choose why this is a favorite- the dual action, the comfortability, the compact size, or the price!
Ease of use. Can wrap it around my aching knee and it doesn't slip off like a flat heating pad does. I like that u can also use a cold compress with the wrap around .
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I suffer from tennis elbow, my elbow is always sore. I placed this joint wrap on my elbow and it brought me great relief. Hooking it up was easy. It has three settings of temperature, low medium and high. Comes with a controller that lights up to indicate it is operating and which setting you want it on. It provides some great heat. It can also be used on the knee. You can also use it for an ice pack by removing the gel pouch and placing it in the freezer and returning it to the mesh pocket. Heat and cold pack cannot be used at the same time. Product has a two hour auto turn off. It stayed in place without sliding up or down my arm. product is very easy to use. Material is soft against skin. Good quality.
I love that i can unhook it slip an ice pack inside and be mobile while uts on my heat. the heat feels nice. it stays put. highly recommended :)
So far it has been helpful for tennis elbow pain. Sometimes the heat seems to dissipate sooner than the timer suggests.
I like this, but it doesn't heat up enough for me. It's kind of small as well. Not sure if it comes larger, but that's what I needed.
this order was shipped by ONTRAC logistics shipping which is a pathetic shipping company and it arrived correct date that almost 10:30 p.m. my time which is past my bedtime. they could have used UPS or United States postal service other than that the product is great. My rating is for the delivery service
Don't buy this product!! First it doesn't work applied as directed and left on for longer than directed didn't do a thing when I tried to return the product was informed I had to return to seller not Walmart
