The SwissGear 7272 Energie collections combines a rugged polycarbonate hard-shell and architectural design, while its eight multi-directional spinner wheels provide 360-degree maneuverability. Energie introduces USB capability so you can now rejuvenate your drained smartphone or tablet right from the convenience of your luggage. An internal mesh pocket hides the USB cord that is connected to the back of its exterior so hook it to your power bank (not included) to charge a low battery. The split main compartment features a tie-down clothing compartment with zippered accessory pocket, and a large, zippered compartment with additional mesh and cinched pockets. Also includes 2" expandable packing space, and an integrated TSA-approved lock for extra security.

Pros: - Aesthetically pleasing (I bought the gold version) - Wheels glide effortlessly across various pavements - Expandable + roomy, I'm still amazed that mine can hold 1.5 week's worth of clothes + couple pair of shoes (but note: I'm also a pretty smart packer bc I travel a lot for business) - Hardside luggage but still pretty light in weight when empty Cons: - Personally, I dislike that the zippers + lock is positioned on the side of the luggage, and not at the top of the bag. I need to use both hands to lock the zippers in place. - Portable battery charger is NOT included. And the bag to hold the battery is pretty small inside so unless your battery is small/slim, there's a chance it won't fit = making it useless. Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase so I have to give this product 5 stars.
Forget Away Travel, this is all you need when it comes to a great piece of luggage. Beautifully designed, functional, lightweight, and by far the biggest head turner I have ever had. I can't tell you how many times people have stopped me in the airport. Highly highly recommend.
I have never used hard side luggage before and was pleasantly surprised. This keeps your clothes very organized, i like how i was able to keep my shoes separated from all my clothing. Also the usb charger is awesome! I used it while waiting for my checked bag at the airport. Not only is it very functional overall it is a great looking piece of luggage, didn't see one on my trip that looked better.
The product is really well built and does its job really well holding up to my needs with 30 pounds of camera gear. The only con that I would list is that the internal pouch for the USB portable power bank is a bit small in length and so if you have one of the larger 6.5"x2.5" banks this pouch is too small in length.
I bought this to bring home fragile souvenirs we buy overseas and carry on the plane. I like the fact that it's not made of ABS plastic. Polycarbonate is stronger and will do the job plus it's light weight.
This 19" carry on is a perfect match to my 28" check-in of the same brand. I love the option with expansion and the USB! I am very happy - it is stylish and sturdy. I will highly recommend it. Great value for the affordable price! Thank you!
A weeks worth of clothing for a casual trip to Hawaii fit perfectly into my SWISSGEAR 19" USB Energie hardside carry on. Having the USB port was useful while sitting at the various airport gates waiting on connecting flights. Easy maneuverability with eight wheels and the telescopic handle made it a breeze walking through the different concourses. I also liked the available colors, my choice was the Olive bag.
My sister in law lent us this luggage while we were on a trip in holland. We brought it back home and loved it so I bought one for my husband for Christmas in color black. It's a beauty. I will have to get one for myself now. The only thing is we got a pink backpack. The suitcase is awesome.
I enjoyed the design of the bag but after only a couple years of having it, the handle fell off quite easily. A luggage bag should be more durable than this was. I also reached out to their support team and never heard back. If you expect a bag to last a while, don't get this one.
Ive had my suitcase for about 9 months and am bummed that the hard shell cracked. I am not really hard on my luggage and don't generally check my bags and don't even know where it happened, but it seems like almost too delicate of a shell. Just a heads-up that this is not as durable of material as some of the more standard soft sided luggage and having to already replace it seems not right.
