I have found this bar to be a great alternative to many of the HIGH FAT and HIGH calories so called "health" bars that are out there. As is commonly known many of the bars are just protein packed Snickers bars... very high in fat, very high in calories. I think this has been a good alternative. READ THOSE LABELS. These power bars are not only delicious, but they are very filling.
And they are good for you, they are high in protein and fiber. I take them with me when I work out and in the car when I can't stop for lunch.
