I have been on many spin bikes and I will have to say this is a great bike. I enjoy all the trainer and the classes.
Spins smoothly, seat is comfortable, easy access to online classes. All together a great bike and great community. I spin 3-4 days a week.
This bike has been such a tremendous addition to our household! Both my wife and I are fully invested in the Echelon family, and it has had such a positive influence on our lives. From creating positive habits, to introducing us to amazing instructors, to making new friends on and off the leaderboard, we love this community!

I could have given five stars but the seat is so terrible. It makes me not want to use it. I had to purchase a new seat.
Bike works perfect. Screen has several bad pixels that light up bright green. I was told since it works they wont replace the screen. You would expect more from a $1500 bike.
Was shipped a bike without a key part- twice spoke to 800#- they shipped out same part missing key connection only on the third attempt did i learn part is out of stock - nearly 3 mos and still no part- beyond frustrating
I ordered this bike online and have received the bike a week ago. I paid for the bike to be assembled and was supposed to have been contacted by someone two weeks after I purchased it to set up a date. I am still waiting for someone to contact me. I have contacted customer service several times. They even told me they were going to expedite the work order to the department and still have not heard from anyone. This is very bad service, I ought to send the bike back and purchase a peloton bike. I did call today and ask for a refund for the assembly. Let's see how long that takes.
