Makes delicious espresso and lattes. After learning how to use it, has been easy to operate.
Love the coffee which it brewed hotter. Makes great coffee.

I recently received this machine as a gift. I have been an avid espresso drinker for more than 20 years. I have owned and tried more than 25 different espresso machines. This machine is outstanding. It is completely automatic. You can use either whole bean or ground coffee. Your choice. The machine allows you to choose from many sizes and types of coffee drinks. It is simple to clean when necessary. Although this machine is designed for home or small office use, it has many of the same capabilities of much more expensive commercial machines. I highly recommend this machine and the outstanding name and customer service that comes with it.
This was a gift. It makes one of the best cups of coffee I have ever tasted, and I have been all over. I have only used the coffee portion of the machine. My wife enjoy the fact that I do not make a mess of grinding bean ect. This is a great machine, easy to used with no mess and easy clean up.
We are very pleased with our purchase. The only issue we have is with the temperature of both the espresso and frothed milk. Despite having the temperature setting at maximum and preheating the mugs, it is still necessary to put drinks in microwave for a few seconds. If not for this issue, we would rate the appliance a 5 star.
Machine makes great espresso. Does not heat the milk enough when making cappuccino and laté.
This does not heat very well coffee it is not hot more like warm. The water state to fill when still halfway full. The coffee tast great but Cuisinart needs to work on the heating element
Had to return because display kept saying more coffee needed even when full. Once that display up, whole process stops. Hoping it is repaired correctly or I get new machine. Too expensive to not work perfectly.
The latte and cappuccino function don't work more than half the time. I have read the instructions several times, searched online, as well as wasted dozens of coffee pods trying to “figure” it out. Worst Christmas gift I have ever received. And the worst part? We can't return it because we through the box away and have used it. Nice.
