A great product that substitutes beautifully for flour. The texture is great which leads to a pleasant taste and it is very easy to use.
Nice size for a great price. This is my go to for low carb tortillas!
So far so good. The only thing that is strange is the package in front does not say Cassava, which I find odd. It says Cassava on the back of the package.
Perfect paqued. Just at time Thanks !
This was the first time purchasing Food to Live Organic Cassava Flour. I have purchased many other products of Food To Live so I thought since I can no longer buy Organic Cassava Flour locally I will purchase. I have almost gone through the 4lb bag already. I am completely satisfied by the milled quality and it's performance. I made large batches of cassava flour tortillas. They worked wonderfully. I also made cassava flour fig bars and they were delightful! Truly a quality product at a quality price! Will be buying more soon!
This was the first time I used Cassava flour. I made a pizza crust with it. I found it to be a bit grainy in texture, however, it had good flavor and was enjoyable. I confess I used it in conjunction with ground golden flaxseed so perhaps that was the cause of the grainy texture.
My son-in-law made bread for our daughter. We just had a piece last night and it was great. It rose nicely and the flour tasted wonderful. Almost the same as regular bread! The prices for this flour on this website is greatly appreciated since organic special flour prices are so expensive.
I had not tried Cassava Flour before Food to Live educated me about it on their site. It is amazing. I substitute it in all recipes that would have been regular flour. It is a little thirstier so I either adjust the amount down or I up the fat or liquid a bit … but the texture is light, there are more nutritional benefits and I appreciate it is not a grain. MANY THANKS, Food to Live!
The original bag someone gave me had such a nice almost nutty sweet flavor so I ordered my own bag but it does not taste as sweet it is almost a slightly bitter aftertaste but still very edible.Next time I will buy cassava flour cheaper at a local store. The order was promptly delivered and safely arrived well packaged.
Very bad taste. The flavor is like plastic powder
