Great stove. Love the convection bake feature. Looks great.
I bought this earlier this month I've tried some of the features. It's fun to try different features like convection baking I'd looking forward to using the meat probe , and trying the proof function
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were nervous about switching to a gas stove but are so glad we did with this particular LG stove.
I clean the stovetop all the time but the knobs and burners are easily stained from cooking. And the stains are permanent! It's disappointing as I like everything else about the product.
after several months of loving this range, the oven knob fell off.....i had a visit from service and they ordered a new knob. After a week of not receiving it I was told by LG that it's on its way in day or two. A week later I called to be told that its on back order till mid October. That means no oven till at least end of Oct....what this is not acceptable. Still waiting for LG to get back to me....on hold at least and hour everytime I call. This has been going on since beginning of Sept. And while dealing with this, the water dispenser on refrig broke and flooded my kitchen.....I am not happy. Got the part for that but now waiting for service to come back which is always at least a two week delay.....
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Poor quality. Oven racks no long fit. The appear to be “too small”. Read reason and it is because the oven wall warp and become wider causing the grooves to move further apart which makes the shelves fall under any weight. This is making the oven useless unless I try to rig something up. Oven is just 4 years old. This should not be an issue for any oven let alone at this price point.
Everything sticks. I'm exhausted from trying to clean this thing. Had to buy heavy duty oven spray and am on my 3rd round of scrubbing!!! Had to use a metal spatula from the grill to get the glass clean. Tried the self clean. It does nothing. So disappointed.
Have had this for about 4 1/2 years. Twice replaced the igniter, replaced the thermostat and the glass shattered without any cause that we are aware of.
I bought this and it's only 1 month old. The door is not aligned correctly and the door light comes on and the door alarm goes off. A&E Appliance Repair Service walked in and stated that the unit is not made correctly and left. I have to now hunt down LG and A&E and I cannot get answers or a replacement. The service line at LG is no help I get the run around. I need to keep the door closed with tape so I could cook. I spent more time on the phone than the oven has been in use.
I am writing this review while being on hold for over 50 minutes and counting trying to get help to connect the wifi. Spoke with customer service for 10 minutes explaining the issue then was transferred for tech assistance. Going on an hour now and have to hang up cause I have meeting. dreading going through this again. Guess I need to block off 2 hours of my time.
