Optimus Prime is a fan favorite and this toy transforms into both versions easily. It’s made of durable material and seems like it will hold up to playing with kids.

It is well-made and all the parts move easily, even when my preschooler plays with it by himself. It even survived an adventure in a mud puddle and the cleaning that necessarily followed. The colors are vibrant. According to my husband, the character's look is true to the original. This toy definitely exceeded my expectations, and my child loves it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son is obsessed with transformers lately and is loving this toy. It is super easy to “transform” from car to bumblebee and back to the car. In the car form, it has wheels so it can roll (my son literally plays cars with it for hours rolling it around). So I think it is entertaining that they made the wheels work. I plan on purchasing the other transformers since my son is enjoying this one so much. Definitely recommend if your son is a fan of action figures and car toys!

I purchased one of these about 6 years ago and it lasted for a very long time so it’s very durable and withstands lots of play. I wasn’t sure if my 4 year old would be interested in it as it is a simple toy but he loved it and played with it for about an hour straight after opening. In the video you can see how easily he transforms from Optimus Prime to truck. This is a great beginner transformers toy for your little ones. I received this in exchange for my honest review.
