The chickpea flour is the best quality! It’s superfine, which really affects the quality of your baked goods.plus it’s organic and a great price. I’ve bought it three times now and I use it in sweet and savory baking.
When I found out non organic chickpeas are desiccated with glyphosate before they are turned into products like flour I was shocked. Definitely was contributing to gut issues. I am so grateful to have found a reliable organic source for this flour!
