These beautiful muffins were made this morning. Robin, my sweetie and Master Baker made these with bananas, dates, raisins, yogurt, applesauce, honey, molasses and of course BOB'S RED MILL WHEAT BRAN and BOB'S WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR. Had a hard time finding the bran at our local stores, so I ordered 4 bags from the source. We won't run out soon. BOB'S RED MILL is the ONLY BRAN WE BUY!! YOU SHOULD TOO! Planning a trip to Portland in August 2020. Can't wait to get the tour!
We make cereal most mornings by adding 2/3 cup of Bob's Red Mill steel cut oats or thick rolled oats to 1 1/3rd cups of boiling water. When the selected oats have reached the desired softness I add 1/8th cup of Bob's Red Mill wheat bran at the end of cooking and serve immediately. We have found this combination a very good and healthy breakfast cereal.
This wheat bran is essential to our diet, and Bob's is so fresh and well packaged to keep it so. Makes great banana bran muffins!
I love this wheat bran for baking. I definitely would recommend this product to anyone. I've tried others and this one is the best for Baking and mixing with. Love it
The perfect ingredient for my apple cinnamon diabetic bran muffins! The only way I can eat bran muffins. Adds the right texture makes them nice and fluffy!
Imagine you have a horse (and he's 90 years old in people terms). Imagine he has a tender, tender tummy! Wheat bran, dietary fussing, and TLC can and has ensured we didn't need a vet visit. Bob's Red Mill bran (with the other changes) helped him get healthy in just a few weeks.
I haven't try other bran flour, but this one is perfect to add to anything. I add this to my pancakes and oatmeal and it's delicious. if you're trying to have more fiber or little extra this is the one.
I use this to make bran muffins instead of the cereal. Doesn't need the presoak and the quality from all of the Bob's products are wonderful. The price was right at Walmart.com as well. Other stores tend to mark up healthy ingredients a bit much.

Bran makes a perfect muffin. It was delivered in a timely manner and the prosuct is stull fresh. So surprised tonfind it online, as no stores carry it.
