I initially bought the Charcoal Clay Cleanser and it dried my skin out so I exchanged it for the Fermented Rice Water Cleanser and I'm so glad I did! I apply it with a facial brush and after rinsing my skin is soft and smooth. I've even noticed my skin is a little brighter since using it.
This item is amazing. It smells lol lemme fruit loops and works as advertised. It washes away all the impurities from the day and I've noticed a difference in my skins overall appearance.
I enjoyed using this cleanser. I was using the Tea Tree & Willow and have not had negative results from switching. It really is gentle and not stripping but it does clean my oily spots and makeup. I have only been using it a week so I have not yet experienced the brightening effects.
It really does its job and smells really good!! I love the ingredients a lot, no toxic **** in it or synthetic stuff and it makes my skin shine and healthy. It doesnt foam just a little bit but it doesnt matter until it does its job :D it is very slimy and a little goes a loooong way! I loved the old cleansers a lot and I wish I could buy both the old and new ones but I like this one as well. :)
I use this after the Blood Orange Cleansing Balm, and it's super gentle. My skin is very dry and sensitive, but prone to hormonal breakouts. This keeps that under control without drying out the rest of my face. My face feels smoother and looks brighter and more even toned after a few weeks of use. My make up goes on smoother and I feel like I need less of it, since my actual skin is more even-toned and not as dull. Fantastic buy!
I love the ingredients in this cleanser consistent with all 100% Pure products. Leaves my face feeling clean and balanced. I don't love the packaging. The cleanser is runny and when dispensing into your hand too much comes out which is very wasteful and makes the product very expensive as it won't last as long as it should. It would be nice if it was in a different dispenser or if the product was made in a gel type consistency easier to control amounts.
I want to love this cleanser; however, it does not remove any of my makeup, even just a basic mineral powder foundation! It is lovely on makeup free skin and leaves my skin feeling amazing afterward. I just wish it actually took off makeup as now I have to have a second cleanser just for that. Given it states that it removes makeup, I was surprised that it performed so poorly in that task.
I like the cleanser ingredients, but I think it's too drying. I've been a loyal customer of 100% pure for many years, but all of the cleansers that I've used in the past have all been discontinued. The new line of cleansers are too drying and I haven't found one that is good for my skin type. I have normal skin with slight t-zone. I used this product for a week and found that it's making my skin feel itchy. It was fine the first couple of days, but now it's irritating my skin. I used the Nopal Cactus Cleanser, but found that not to be that effective in removing all the make-up. Maybe I will go back to that until I find something that will work. Please bring back options for people with normal skin--I love the brand but am disappointed that the new cleansers don't work for my skin type
I purchased this product approximately a week or so ago. One night I was too tired to remove my makeup and cleanse my face so I went straight to bed. The next morning, I showered, washed my face with this cleanser, then I used the toner that goes with this cleanser. When I looked at the cotton pad, I could see my makeup. That night, I make sure to remove my makeup, cleanse my face before bed. Next morning, shower cleanse face, use toner, check cotton pad and still found makeup or dirt. Normally, with my precious cleanser, I never saw dirt or makeup on the cotton pad after toning. I have very dry skin so doubtful it was oil. I realized this new cleanser (that I am reviewing) is not very effective. You should probably try a different one. I'd like to return this product for a refund.
I used the seaweed cleanser and LOVED it! But, they don't make it any more which I am finding that they do a lot. This cleanser is awful, when I first opened it I had half the container splash on the water because it is so liquidy; just from pulling the tab off. It doesn't clean off my makeup well and it leaves my face not feeling clean. The seaweed cleanser left my face feeling cleaned and also took off my makeup (which I don't wear a lot). I am not a fan of the rice water cleanser.
