I had bought a cheap seat for my first child, and he never stopped being scared to sit on it, because it slipped around easily. I didn't want to make the same mistake with my second child, so I did some research and bought this one. It is perfect! My little guy got over his initial "what-am-I-doing-up-here" nervousness in one sitting, and now sits quietly with his board books or toys, when it's time to sit on the toilet. It doesn't slip or slide, is very well made, and definitely worth the few extra bucks! An added bonus: it actually looks really nice, too. Bought a second one, for when we go out, I liked it so much! Yes, I would recommend this seat to my friends.
My son started potty training himself at 19 months old but he hated the potty. As soon as we sat him on this potty seat he immediately took to it and has been using it ever since! He is now 20 months old and fully day trained. He loves the handles and is very secure in the molded seat. We have a round toilet seat and it fits just fine. I actually take it in a reusable shopping bag when we go out to use at the stores toilets!
This one works great because it has handles for little hands and does not slip around under small bottoms on elongated toilet seats. My three year old grandson loves going to the restroom like a big boy!
We're very happy with this potty seat. This one is all one piece for easy cleaning, and it also seems much more stable than the other one we tried.
I bought this for when the grandkids visit. I find it is easy clean and sit perfectly on the toilet seat.
I bought this four months ago for my less-than-1 year old. We hold him while he goes and he also holds on to the handles. It is: - a hard seat that is easy to clean - the handles and the hook to hang while not using are great - easy to put onto (and take off) the seat - fitting securely on my short/round toilet seat and does not wobble / shift Once in a while after my baby has sat in it for a few minutes, his bottom gets red but I think it is just the pressure of the seat's edge
Feels secure, doesn't move.
I purchased this a few weeks ago. I was looking for something with a splah guard and easy to clean because we all know potty training boys can be a little messy. This seat is awesome. East to clean, my son seems comfy on it, it has handles so he can put it on the toilet won't touching the actual seat and it even has hanger so you can hang it for storage. Great quality for the price
The seat is solid and doesn't allow urine to collect in it, so it makes for easy cleaning. It would be better if the splash guard was higher (even just an inch) at the front for boys who may spray over, and if there was a guard around the bottom inside of the seat (like a rim) to direct urine into the toilet, and not seep through the gap onto the toilet itself (either on the seat, or just under it.) It fits better on longer toilet seats. Would be good for girls, but isn't impressive for boys. It's a good product, but it's not excellent.
I really wanted to keep this potty seat for my son but it arrived broken so I returned it. Extremely dissapointed with walmart, yet again
