This is the best and helps relief my pain the lights can be overwhelming for me so if you have mild migraines this is wonderful. I don't get severe ones so I can't speak on that.

I usually have to take a prescription to take that sharp pain away to allow me to function, but this works the same way. It definitely helped me to be able to go on about my day when my migraine hit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Excedrin Migraine did seem to ease most of the pain during work and once I was able to take a nap I woke up with no migraine. I would definitely consider this medicine if prescription medication is unavailable.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This medication Excedrin migraine works just like it's supposed to for me. It takes a little bit longer takes about an hour and some change to kick in but my body is used to ibuprofen and other medication's, but have a higher dose so that is to be expected but it works really well group to have something in your car as long as it's not gonna get too hot for kind of those emergency migraine moment, so definitely would recommend if you don't like taking ibuprofen or Tylenol. It's definitely a good alternative 
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My migraines can be intense at times and acetaminophen doesn't have much effect at getting rid of them. The boost from the caffeine and the aspirin made a difference but it took a while to feel better.

I haven't had the chance to be able to try this to see if it works for my migraines or not, but I'm skeptical about it.
