We bought this unit to replace the one we had that had just quit working. As the temperatures were in triple digits we needed one quickly. This is the updated version of the one we had, so we opted to buy it. We feel that this was a wise choice. It works like a champ.

Highly recommended. Using less electricity than my fridgedaire 18,000 BTU unit. Recommend a platform type installation for safety in window mounting. The only draw back it is alittle noisy when compressor is running.
Our contractor purchased the product for our attic while it was being remodeling into a bedroom. It continually shows a red light for the filter to be cleaned. Is this normal? We have only used the cooling no heat used in August.
this unit claims to be 115v and in reality it is a 240 v unit that requires its own 240v 20amp breaker I recently purchased the unit and had a space in mind for it to be installed and now i am going to have to run a new power line to the unit and make modifications i was not expecting to do. thank you walmart for the screw up that i will now have to pay for
