This is the best scrapbooking product ever! Creates three different size holes and sets eyelets in a snap! No juggling difficult-to-figure out pliers, no hand strength required, just a few pulls of the spring and viola - your eyelet is set. Previous to purchasing this product I did not use eyelets and holes in my crafts because it was just too difficult to get them lined up correctly and I don't have the hand strength to manipulate those pliers systems, however, with this product it's fun and easy.
Tried setting eyelets with a hammer first. Needless to say, that didn't work too well. Found this tool online at Walmart for a great price and it worked easily the first time.
This set of eyelet setters is exactly what I needed to complete my project. I searched local craft stores in the area and was unable to find one.....leave it to Walmart to have it. The set consists of three eyelet setters and the tool I used was easy to use using the clear and concise instructions on the back of the package. Great quality and price. I highly recommend this product.
I ordered this type of setter because of its lower price than the others. It took a couple of times to get used to the way it works. And finding a hard enough surface to work on was a bit of a challenge. But once I got that straighted out I think its great. It punches through two sheets of cardstock with ease. And sets the eyelets nicely.
These eyelets are simple but sometimes necessary items for repairing and making anything that requires lacing up. They are easy to install and did not require any sophisticated tools or machinery. DIY can be a wonderful thing.
A very helpful tool for placing eyelets & punching holes.Make sure you use a mat under your work.
this thing is fine
There are much better eyelet setters on the market. I have bought this on two different occasions and returned them both times. I found it takes quite a bit of force to use these, it is easy to get your fingers in the springs if you aren't being very careful where your fingers are and they are easily damaged. To me, these are a waste of money.
