Unlike a few other niacin tabs I've taken, this one provides a fast, fuzzy flush to tell you its working. I usually sense the flush with twenty minutes of taking one tab. It also happens to be a very good value. Another thing I like about the 21st Century brand is the shape of the bottle and the lid. Silly as it sounds, many products have lousy or annoying lids. The quality is good, I can feel the effect niacin flush when I take it in the morning . The package and the size is good, althoug I cut it in half often. This pill is good, has hight potency, for energy, your nervous system and metabolism . Taste is ok. Ingrediants seems to be ok.
Niacin may cause hot redness and itching on the skin, but it is due to the fact that it opens up cell membranes to eliminate toxins and excess radiation. The redness mostly occurs where your skin has been exposed to lots of sunshine / sunburn. It is wise to take it along with large doses of all other vitamins and minerals, so that the discharged toxins and radiation can be neutralized. Some people who consumed drugs and/or alcohol, or were exposed to chemicals may experience their effects when they get into the bloodstream again, but still better to get rid of them. Sweating helps get them out of your system through the skin. Some people have to take it with some sugar to get this effect.
You know it is a potent top quality niacin ingredient when you get the niacin flush. The quality and the ingredients are up to the mark.size of the product is easy to swallow I used it for allergic reaction and after using it for 15 days it reduced significantly also the niacin flush I got is barely minimum but I liked it. It has no taste , the packaging is good
I suffered a near-anaphylactic reaction to Niacin. It went way beyond Niacin flush. This product is not for me. Perhaps it should come with a warning?
