The Surface Pro is better than I thought it would be. It does get hot while being used and being charged. Other than that, I'm satisfied with my purchase.
Tablet arrived very fast and in great packaging. Tablet had a few scuffs on the back but the screen was flawless. After updating it works super fast. It did come with non-OEM keyboard and pen, but they work just fine. Great device.
I adore the price for such a great gently used product. Would give 5 stars if I had received the Pen that was supposed to be included. If that detail is made correct, I will happily change my 4star rating to a 5star that it deserves.
Came without the digital pen and a different smaller power supply without the USB charge port . Message was sent thru Walmart twice and never got a response. There are also bright spots along the left side of the screen, but just on the settings screen. Other than scratches on the outside and no pen it is working OK. I will not buy a product thru Recharge PC again.
If I could these seller 0 starts I would. Save your time and money. I regret not checking the reviews before placing my order considering they have a reputation of this. They sold me a completely ripped up keyboard. I tried to get in contact with no response. I then got in contact with Walmart and got to the seller, I asked for a partial refund to replace the keyboard and he was disrespectful gave excuses for they sold me and completely disregarded me. I have then contacted my bank and will contact Walmart.
Showed up and was already malfunctioning first day. I guess be very cautious what you pay for.
dirty, and semi working power plug
I recieved this item in the mail today and refurbished is not the word. I can't even say it was gently used! scratches and scuffs everywhere and when I turned it on it looked like an old computer from my teenage years about to kick the bucket. No thank you! I will be returning ASAP.
This tablet is a piece of junk! It won't even turn on. It did not come with the pencil or the cover like it was supposed to either. I am EXTREMELY frustrated and disappointed with this product and with Walmart selling this item as "certified refurbished". The only thing certified about this item is that its a certified piece of junk!! I will be returning this immediately and will not ever buy anything certified refurbished from Walmart ever again!
I would have liked the item but it didn't turn on after charging. I only had it for a few hours. Also was missing the stylus. And with everything going on there was no one I could speak with.
