Works as well as the brand name medicine!
I love that Equate has Children's Ibuprofen and that it is half the price of Motrin. It works just as well and my kids actually say this one taste better. We are definitely happy that we can buy the Equate brand and still get the same pain reliever results.
When you need to give your kid medicine it's way easier when the taste is pleasant. My kids don't hesitate at all to take this and the relief is the same as name brand options.
Love that this product is free from harmful additives (like dye). My kids actually took this and didn't complain (my daughter wanted more)! Which isn't usual for medicine.
Just getting out the hospital myself, I came home to two sick kids running fevers of 100° . But a quick stop by Walmart and by the time we made it home, their fevers we broke!
Same exact medicine as brand, fraction of cost. Children take to the flavors very well, have no issues getting 2 and 3 year old to take when necessary. They think it's a treat (Little do they know). *Make sure to always store medicine out of children's reach.*
Mostly use acetaminophen for kids fever, last time since it wasn't helping combined with this ibuprofen and that helped.
Wish they made this for adults.
Taking this as an adult with digestive issues. The berry flavor isn't very flavorful but doesn't taste bad. It's thicker than a true liquid but doesn't have a gritty texture. Most important, it works just as well as adult gelcaps.
I prefer using this for longer lasting relief from fevers or pain for my children because it keeps working for up to 8 hours as opposed to using Tylenol for up to 4 hours. They don't care for the berry flavor at all, unfortunately.
