Exactly what I wanted.
a little hard to use
Pickup order. I intended to buy an eyebrows mascara and they substituted for this eyeliner even more expensive that the product I wanted without my consent. I didn't consent a substitution. Customer service didn't refund my money. Walmart customer service sucks. I will buy less and less in Walmart because is working too bad in every instance from stores services up to customer services and prices too high
This eyeliner is very difficult to apply smoothly because the brush is too stiff, and after wearing it for a few hours, it flaked and peeled off. I would have returned it, but I threw away my receipt. I wouldn't recommend this product.
