I bought this treadmill about two weeks ago, and I think I've finally hit my stride (pun intended). It took a bit of practice to find the sweet spot between speed, adjustable desk height, and the kinds of things I will try doing while walking. As others have said, it's best for webinars and conference calls where you aren't expected to do a ton of keyboard-dependent tasks. And I still need to figure out the best configuration for my laptop versus expansion monitor to be able to walk while also using both monitors for e.g. document review. But this review is supposed to be about the treadmill itself, right? and not about home office ergonomics. Biggest disappointment is that the Gymax app doesn't interface to the Apple Health Kit, so if you use it for your workouts they will be little islands unto themselves that you have to manually add to e.g. Nike Run, MapMyFitness, etc.
I used it for more than 10 days and I feel very good. The sound is small and the speed is even. Running for 45 minutes every night is very good. I can get rid of some fat. The machine looks good.
I'm 5'4 and this works perfectly for me and my stride. It's a bit heavy to move around, but doable and fairly easy. Because it's a little heavy, it's very sturdy; I've tried running and I feel safe, but I mainly walk on it. It folds flat and fits under the bed. I thought maybe the little dashboard wouldn't fold flat, but it does! I love it, it's exactly what I needed for my small condo, and even if you have plenty of space, it is simply perfect! I bought it a month ago and have used it every day without issues.
I like this treadmill. It was easy to put together, even though the instructions weren't great. I wouldn't say it's easy to fold away, because you would need to unscrew the risers, but it's still worth the money.
The treadmill is powerful, easy to use, and it's very sophisticated, and I can use an APP to control it. I think it's worth buying.
I only received my treadmill today so may be jumping the gun as far as submitting a review is concerned, however: I received the product several days early, it was not difficult to assemble and, providing you read ALL the instructions when putting it together, is easy to use. The display is plenty large and gives me all the information I need to proceed with my exercise program. The only difficulty I had when putting it together was when fastening the "handlebars" to the machine. One of the handle cushions was obstruction the hole for the bolt and I had to cut a bit of it away to get the bolt to go in correctly. Small problem for a 74-year-old grandma who had no help; the machine is heavy for an older person but still manageable.
I spent hours researching to buy a treadmill. I decided on this, and I'm happy with my decision so far. It's very stable and I like to have a bar so I can put my phone on it and read things as I go. It's easy to roll and move. While using it, I realized it had a plastic film on top of the plastic part, and when I took it off, it looked even better! I would recommend it to anyone looking for a treadmill!
As a fitness enthusiast, I am very picky about the choice of treadmill, but for this treadmill, it can meet my requirements, simple operation, elegant appearance, exquisite workmanship, price concessions, but also remote control. It's really a perfect treadmill.
Not a fancy expensive treadmill but it's great overall value for the price. It's a compact treadmill that fits home space perfectly. I installed it in the basement family room where kids play and excersize. It's very easy to handle even the little kid can walk on it. Big kids love to run faster as 6 Km/hr on it. I tried the same but cannot keep it for as long as kids can. I normally run at less than 5 Km/hr. I don't like running outdoors especially in cold winter. It's fun to excersize at home expecially you can keep an eye on the kids palying around you. The treadmill itself is very quiet actually. Be noted the baground noise is from kids ride on toys. I normally leave it unfolded but it's good to have this function just in case the space is needed for something else. The APP Gymax works well and you can manage your traing plan and take traing courses there.
The treadmill works great and is a perfect size for a small area. The exercise (walking/jogging) pad is a little larger than most of the other smaller treadmills. However, there are two small items of dissatisfaction. The distance traveled and the calories burnt icons do not work. The speed and timer icons do work. Nothing in the “ trouble shooting “ instruction manual even addresses this issue.
