I'm very pleased with my purchase of the Outdoor Faucet Covers. They are larger than I had anticipated, but are very well-made, look good, and are a reasonable price. They fit over my faucets nicely and their long cords let me secure them tightly. I appreciate the comfort they are giving me that I will not have a frozen faucet and broken pipe issue as I did once several years back...what a mess that was. Thank you, GYR for this product, I will definitely be shopping with you again.
This little cover is nicely made. Easy to install and fits snugly on the spigot. Fingers crossed no broken spigot this winter. I also installed the styrofoam spigot cover purchased from one of the major home stores on top for added protection.
Excellent quality material and construction. Best of all, it fits over my hose bib even with a splitter attached (so I don't have to take the splitter off over the winter).
They do not fit on my faucets and I will be returning them. They are well made, like the fabric and the way they were made but unable to use them. Sorry that they do not work for me.
I often run water from the faucet to get water for the birds in our yard. Before using the cover, the faucet would sometimes freeze, so that water was unavailable. Since placing the cover, the faucet has not frozen.
I like the cover and think it will work well. However the pull string is not inside the product so worthless in cinching the cord to tighten around the pipe to keep it snug and on the faucet. I had to wind the cord around the opening and zip tie it.
This is the first time I ordered and installed the thinsulate outdoor faucet covers. the material and quality seems to be good but I have no idea if they work or not because it is only November and it has not been below freezing yet.
I ordered 2 faucet covers and a cover for my air conditioner. The faucet covered arrived on time and the air conditioner cover is back ordered 3 weeks. It would have been nice to know this at the time of purchase.
