Easy to take under-the-tongue quick dissolve tablets. Usually effective within 10-15 minutes after taking 2 tabs. If first 2 tablets don't provide enough relief, continue to take more tabs according to directions. I have degenerative disk disease of the spine. These tablets calm my aches after first 2 tablets and effectively takes the edge off severe sciatica pain.
