Cepacol lozenges work miracles on sore throats by numbing the area. These are our go-to lozenges for sever throat aches, and since they come in 3-packs we always have some on hand. This is the best deal I've found so far, and they ship pretty fast even though the delivery by dates are showing as 2 weeks out.
These really help my itchy throat when allergies are really bothering me. Can take every 2 hours, and somewhat 'numbs' the area to reduce coughing. - Also a good flavor. I've tried several, and Tangerine is the Best Flavor. Other decent flavor: honey/lemon
These helped tremendously after a biopsy throat surgery.
