I recently was able to visit a 100% Pure store in Seattle and was so glad I did. The associates there were so helpful and assisted me in deciding that their BB Cream was what I needed for light to full coverage (depending on the occasion) as well as for a dewy finish. I use this almost everyday now as it contains SPF and gives my face a really nice finish. It has a really light smell, which I actually really enjoy. The only qualm I have is that I'm still figuring out the best way to apply the product. It is a bit on the thicker side so using the tips of my fingers seems to drag on my face a bit. My beauty blender and flat top kabuki seem to be soaking up more than bluffing it out. Any suggestions would be helpful - thanks!
Use several of the 100% pure foundations but wanted something light with sunscreen for the summer. This is it. Goes on easy and covers very well. I use it with the bamboo blur powder. They are a great combination. The BB cream gives you a nice glow but not shine. It makes your skin just look healthy!!
Excellent experience! I have used this product for a few years and it never disappoints. I use the Luminous Primer before applying the BB Cream and that helps it go on easily and smoothly. The BB Cream has a light feel, and the coverage is great! It gives my complexion a pretty glow and looks so natural. My skin is very sensitive, and BB Cream is perfect for it.
It was a lot thicker than I expected, however when I use the mattifying primer underneath (because I have an oily T-zone) it glides on! It's good for light coverage. I don't like layering it because it starts to feel heavy on my skin, but it makes my skin look super glowy and not oily! I use this everyday and put it on with my fingers. I do think it's best applied with a blending sponge though..
I was on the search for the best TRULY natural BB Cream for my daughter who is a Tween. She has started to be interested in makeup, but I feel she is still too young to wear makeup on the daily. This is a great alternative! Natural and gives her just a slight coverage she needs. Very impressed!
Unless you are going for a super opaque, made-up look, this is the best foundation out there. Just enough sunscreen for daily wear, just enough coverage—smooths our redness and unevenness—and gives you an amazing dewy glow without being at all greasy, and I have oily skin. It is a thick product, so I recommend putting it in right after you moisturize for best blendability. I have turned 2 other people on to this who also now swear by it.
I absolutely love this BB cream. It gives a natural coverage that leaves my skin radiant,glowing,hydrated without a heavy make up look. It doesn't break me out or clog my pores. I use 20 Aglow which I like because although it's slightly lighter on my skin,it blends into my skin tone. I'd to see a yellow under tone BB cream made that's slightly darker. I noticed 100% pure makes yellow under tones,but they are just too dark for me. Please make more yellow under tones for us!
Goes on smoothe and covers redness in my skin but not too heavy leaving a nice dewy finish. I think overall it is a great product but will not order again. From reading other reviews I was hoping it would last longer or go farther than drug store bb cream but that doesn't seem to be the case. At more than double the price than other bb cream I just can't justify it :(
I'm glad it works well for some people but it doesn't for me. It accentuated my pores, has an unpleasant smell and slightly irritated my skin. The reason I didn't give it one star is because the color and coverage are good. I was intrigued to try it but returned it for my favorite stand-by, the Fruit Tinted Moisturizer which also has SPF although the website doesn't say so.
I really wanted this product to work for me as it's among the cleanest tinted moisturizers with SPF I could find. The product skewed too pink for me to wear, my skin is fair with a light yellow undertone. For reference, I used to wear NARS tinted shade Alaska. I wore it for four hours but the sticky feeling never went away for me. I returned but I LOVE that 100% Pure gave me a refund and also allowed me to pass on the product to a more suited friend.
