I've been taking this for years, and when I run out, I can feel it. High quality ingredients. Mild taste. Gives you all the greens you need for the day and then some. I take it daily and it eliminates the need for a multivitamin. And I've learned my lesson about allowing it to run out.

I found this is a really good supplement so to say since it is actually a mix of superfoods and greens mixed together to create a whole spectrum of nutrients and not the average food supplement. Really nice.
The first two days I started taking this I noticed my brain is more clear and energetically more stable through out the day. Before this, I was always low on energy even if I was eating much organic fruits, vegetables and free range meats. I noticed less anxiety as well. Very happy to have found this. This is much needed, I love how there's so nutritious and clean ingredients , no fillers. Definitely recommend since much of our foods have been depleted in nutrients.
20+ years of experimenting with green drinks, vitamineral green still is my favorite. Why? I actually notice a difference with this one. It's not over packed with too many extra supplements in to low amounts to make a difference. This green drink is just real richly saturated green food. I don't need my probiotics thrown into this mix. Less overloading of non green ingredients is a plus. A true superfood; most green drinks are not true superfoods, just overloaded with too many extras-so to look good on paper. I'm a health educator by profession. Less extra is more green. Still give it 5 stars but I don't like this heavy glass bottle, which sometimes breaks in shipping process overseas. Glass bottle presentation is great. Overseas bottles in developing countries are just garbage which doesn't breakdown in the oceans or landfill. All products should be boxed in durable flexible degradable non plastic bags, interior liner waterproofed for leakage. Just saying...
This is the best green powder I've ever had! Helps my sugar cravings and my skin and nails have never looked better.
Most amazing high quality superfood blend! Friends and I have been consistently using this and love it, also appreciate how it comes in a huge glass bottle that's light resistant. Add it to my smoothie and ingredients are really easy to mix in without lumps, can't really taste it too

Have been using for 10+ years. I mix in water only in the morning. Easy to drink, the taste doesn't bother me - you get used to it quickly. It's a great start to making sure I get enough water into my system each day.
i really like this greens powder, in terms of taste its way better than most out there. but have read from other places online indicating that it may be high in lead, higher than most greens powders, so I wont be using it anymore. bummer because the ingredients otherwise seem great.
