I was turned on to 100% Pure foundation about six months ago and love it so much I recently re-ordered. The look is very natural and the application is easy. I will say that it works best for me if I moisturize thoroughly first, then apply the foundation right after. Of course, I really love that it's safe and healthy for my skin, unlike the myriad other products I've used in my lifetime :-O Better late than never to treat your skin healthier!!! I had been wanting to switch to an all natural foundation brand but could not find one with a deep enough shade for my chocolate skin... until now! Cocoa matches me perfectly! It has great color payoff when applied with fingers instead of brush. I use the Cocoa pressed powder on top but it can definItaly be worn alone. Thank you 100% Pure!
I've absolutely loved using 100% Pure products since I first started using them (about a year ago.) I have sensitive skin, so when it comes to make up, I stick to one thing. When I decided to switch out everything with chemicals for all natural ingredients, I stumbled across 100% Pure and I have been hooked since. It's lightweight, gives full coverage, matches my skin tone perfectly, and doesn't feel cakey like most make up does. Not only that, but it's reassuring to know that what I'm putting on my face isn't harmful to my skin! It's amazing!
Somehow, I matched the color perfectly the first time (which is impossible even in the drug store!) and this foundation exceeded my expectations! Great coverage that looks natural and really does have a "powder" finish...I just got the foundation and mascara to try for the first time- now I'm already planning on concealer, primer and some face color. Love this stuff!!
Finalmente! I finally found a foundation that meets my needs. I was looking for good coverage but still wanted to look natural, I just got into makeup and I knew I wanted the best I could put on my skin so this is it for me. I will have to go a shade lighter because this is a little dark for me, i order the samples as well so I would highly suggest buying samples first.
I was recently switching to all natural makeup and there aren't a lot of options for liquid foundations out there, so I was glad to find 100% pure had this. I was nervous about buying a whole bottle without testing it first but the color is perfect, the white peach. This foundation is more natural looking than the chemical stuff I was using before. I just can't get enough of it. For those who may be concerned about the price, a little bit goes a long way so it will last a long time. I use Alima powder concealer and powder foundation over this and it all works very well at hiding all my red spots and scarring. I even slept with this foundation on on accident and no breakouts from it! That's the first in 10 years. I definitely recommend.
I love the foundation when I was that shade. I loved the fact that after I took it off my face looked better and more healthier. Sadly I had to return my order. I have gotten darker (more gorgeous shade of brown) and the darkest shade I have no longer fits my shade. Hopefully 100% pure can provide more options for those of darker skin in the future. But for now, I have to start looking for new foundation :(
My skin loves the natural ingredients, and I applaud the company for being inclusive, but I'd love to have another brown color option. Toffee looks ashy/is too light for me, Mousse dulls my skin color (but is the closest match) and Mocha is too dark. I'll probably continue to purchase and mix with other products, but I'd love to have my foundation look great straight from the tube.
I suppose I should have expected this from it being a cream to matte foundation, but it sets quite heavily into wrinkles and brings to attention any skin texture or dryness. I even tried mixing it with the luminous primer like some people suggested and that seemed to make it apply more streaky. I don't recommend mixing it. I tried with brush, hands, and beauty blender. I've managed to make it look okay by apply Porefessional primer from Benefit beforehand on those bad areas.
I was hoping that this new color would work for me. I have used white peach and peach bisque in the past but the white peach was too light and the peach bisque was a little too dark so I mixed them together and got a better shade but trying to mix them myself led to different results each time. Sometimes too dark other times too light. So when I saw this new color and read the reviews I thought I have to give this a try. Unfortunately I looked way too yellow after applying. I tried to get used to it but it made me look like I wasn't feeling well. I tend to need a more rosy color. I hope that they will come out with a shade that is in between the white peach and peach bisque that is a little more on the rosy side. I think that would be perfect. I love the consistency and coverage of the this line of make-up but I just can't get the right shade yet.
