upon arrival the cover for the damper was broken. the augger atill works but sometimes when trying to start it I would accidentely move the lwvwr to off. Ispoke with the seller and they are sending a replacement part.
was a good buy, but the oil you need to use in it. the viper 2cycle oil you need to order it someplace else.
I have to admit I was concerned about its performance. I live in black dirt mixed with clay which can make it feel like you're drilling in concrete. We dug eight 30inch-deep holes the first day with no problem at all. Each hole took less than 10 minutes. The next day we dug 10 more holes still with zero problems. This saved us so much time and took very little effort. Two people operating the auger is best. I love the fact that when you release the throttle, the spinning stops so there is no chance of the auger spinning with no one holding it.
Never opened. Refused to accept its return because the purchase was a little over one month. Now it is sitting in my garage.
Right out of the box a plastic piece was broken. Will have to run it without it! I haven't started it yet and now I'm skeptical of the unit! I will update accordingly!
The packaging was terrible and the plastic filter cover was busted from the screw. I super glue it heavy and it's holding. I would have returned it but that would have put me way behind.
I am unable to get it started after several hours over two days of trying, The Sellers Manual of instructions was mostly useless, however I was able to parse together my own instructions after reviewing other sellers. Regardless, it does not work.
it is very cheap the moter housing bolts fell out the first time i used it the shaft is very wobbly due to not fitting together tightly the augger bit bent the first time i used it
looked pretty exciting till i fired it up and noticed it was missing all the bolts that hold the motor together as well as the hand grips. started coming apart and shaking real bad i had too shut it off.before it blew apart and killed me with flying parts or cut off my legs.
Broke working less than one hour and almost killed me! Plus everything else are cracked!
