I had hard wood floors. When I purchased a treadmill for Christmas, I was worried about placing it on my floors. I got this mat to protect my flooring and it does a fantastic job. It's sturdy and extremely durable to withstand a lot of weight. It is a fantastic product. Highly recommend!
I've always needed a good and solid mat for my exercises. This is great. I can do my yoga and other work outs on it. The quality is good and will last longer. It's not slippery.
I ride my echelon bike almost daily and have always had it on some old flooring we knew we were going to be removing so I never was worried. We recently put in new flooring and knew I didn't want my bike directly on it. This mat is perfect, it's a great size and is really soft it helps keep my bike stable on the hard surface floor. Love this!!
This is a great multipurpose mat for different equipment and purposes. We put a desk and chair on ours. It looks great and adds color and a nice balance to a lightly colored floor. The mat is very flat. I do notice indents occasionally on the mat from the desk chair being moved on it but they go away. I recommend for heavy equipment to protect your floor.
This is a really nice and thick mat. I have been looking for a mat this size and really happy with this one. It's easy to clean and fits perfectly under my desk treadmill. This will save my carpet!
This exercise mat is great. It is made of a dense material that really holds your piece of equipment in place. No more sliding around. It is well made and looks nice under your equipment. It is a good cushioning thickness, but not overly thick to where it sticks out and creates a tripping issue. Very pleased with this product.
So glad I got this mat. It is well made and solid. Once I placed it under my elliptical, I noticed it helped with the noise. I actually heard less!? My wood floor is also well protected now which was always in the back of my mind when using the equipment I have. No more excuses! So glad I have this. Get one, you'll love it.

I love the fact that this mat is not only made for the exercise bikes but can also be used for yoga, strength training, and many other 24/7 live-streamed and on-demand classes offered, which is cool. I have already recommended this multi-purpose mat to many of my friends and family and several of them have already purchased and used this mat, and they all use this mat at their house to protect their floors from damage of their exercise equipment.
This mat was made to last and withhold the weight of heavy equipment. It's not lightweight but definitely not heavy either. I can drag it to where I need to place it. I have an elliptical machine and I hated having it on the bare floor with this mat it has been much easier .
To be fair in this review, I want to say I may not have read the item description closely enough. I thought I was getting something more like a soft yoga mat - something I could stand or sit on when exercising on a hard floor. This is not that type of mat. The packing material shows images of exercise equipment sitting on this mat, and the texture lends itself more that direction too. So, I found another purpose for it and placed a chair on it to protect a new hardwood floor. It worked. Now, the chair does 'sink' into the mat and leave deep impressions; however, those impressions disappear after a few minutes - and I do mean minutes and not seconds. It seems to "stick" to the floor well, not moving with the chair (and therefore not scratching the floor underneath). So, I'm giving it 4 stars because I do believe it will work well to place heavy equipment on it; however, it's not comfortable to actually exercise on it without equipment.
