I love this popcorn macinne ,the popcorn was very good .I used organic popcorn ,and used promise butter which is heart healty. I added a pic so you could see how good it looks ,now back to eatting my popcorn Enjoy.

So disappointed in this popper. it heats up fine-I followed all the instructions. When it started popping the corn went everywhere taking hot un-popped kernels with it!!! they went everywhere! I had a tall bowl to catch the popped corn, but it would just go all over the place! The butter did not melt all the way, had to put in a different container
This popper is not worth it. The number of unpopped kernels that flew out of the chute was at least half!
I bought this for my husband . We anxiously awaited its arrival. We had also purchased gourmet popping corn to use in it . First time we used it was fine . Second time the fan sounded weird, and did not have the power it did the first time. The popcorn burned . I am returning it for a refund.
I almost sent this back - it claimed that there were very few kernels left when done popping when, in fact, almost half of them didn't pop. Plus, it throws the popped corn and the UNPOPPED kernels out so hard that they fly all over the place - I put a towel over it and the bowl to try and contain it. I'm only keeping it so the grandkids can use it. Would NOT recommend this product.
Negative 5 stars. Poor quality, first time using and motor went out during preheat. Smoke began to come out of the machine within 30 seconds, maybe even less. Smelled like melted plastic. This definitely didn't seem right. Unplugged promptly and had to take outside. It seemed to just get hotter and hotter as I carried it. It smoked for a while after being outside for a bit. Scary for sure and ruined movie night. Started the return online and my refund is being processed. Since I didn't need to return the item I decided to deconstruct to see what happened. Here are some images of what I was able to find. Not good. I would never recommend this product and I will never buy from this company again.
Terrible product Almost burn my house down. It burned and seared the kernels before they were even able to get hot enough to pop and I followed the instructions exactly as it said. I did not overfill the kernels. As soon as I dropped them in they burned instantly and smoked very very dangerous do not buy
The popper arrived in a totally damaged box held together by scotch tape It also gives off a nasty odor
