Excellent, just as I want it to be. It's very good quality and It looks really nice. I've been using it for a couple of months now and it is so nice and no scratches nothing. It can take a while to assemble though took me a few hours probably better to have two people that would make it easier.
Finish was great, lots of details , parts were good quality and instructions were easy to read and understand. Assembly was fast and easy overall product solid when completed highly recommend this product!
There were dozens of parts but they were all numbered and everything necessary was provided except tools. I'm ok with that. I have tools. There was even a thoughtful packet of spare parts, screws, dowels, fasteners etc. included although I didn't need them. It was a nice touch in case some minute part or screw got lost during assembly. Overall the desk went together well and if I had to do another one, it would take half the time. Use extra care with the drawer guides because they have to be placed correctly. If you get them wrong you'll regret it. You may not know until almost the last step and it would be a nightmare to correct at that point. Just pay close attention and you'll be ok.
I bought this item and when I got it I realized that one of the top parts are damaged and broken. I tried to contact the seller and emailed them two times but have not received anything from them.
It's a great looking sturdy desk, but came broken not too broken that I couldn't still make it work but definitely looking for a partial refund because of how many prices were damaged.the wood that holds the large drawer was cracked and many of the ends of the pieces were chipped and scratched
There were no instructions in the box. So desk is still in a pile in the floor.
Item was delivered in very poor condition. Box was battered on all sides. We opened the box and the main desktop was completely cracked. Damage to several other pieces. We really liked the color and wanted this desk. Sent it back and was promptly refunded.
Knob screw was too short, hutch middle support is missing 2 holes for alignment pins. Emailed customer service@comfortproducts.net no return reply over a week ago. 1-800-971-4630 operator said the comfort products company is no longer in business.
Pieces were damaged and I sent a request for some money back and never received a reply. I would not take it back to the store because it was too heavy. I would not purchase items again. parts are not clearly labeled ugg I still do not have a desk.
I have bought two of these now. The first came in and the outlets didn't work. After too much back and forth, they replaced the outlets. Over a year later I needed another for a friend to work from home during Covid19. The box came in beat up fairly bad, which I understand is not their fault. But pieces in the box were broken, I cannot get the company to respond.
