I enjoy feeling like I am doing something good for my body and the Heart Well product is just that... good for your body. It is in an easy to take gummy form that does not upset my stomach. They have an orange mango taste & are delicious. I am part of the Gummyvites program & I received this product for free. My opinions are 100% my own. Gummy Vites are a great product all around. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These vitamins that contain at least 400 mg per serving of plant sterols and are to be taken twice a day with meals. That equals up to 800 mg per serving. They have a wonderful peach flavor that taste great and doesn't make you feel like you are actually taking vitamins. Especially not like any type of horse pill feeling. I think it's great that I can actually chew them, especially since the taste is pleasurable. The texture may be a little gritty on the outside but that doesn't take away from the gumminess that even adults like. It is also gluten free. The Phytosterols, also known as Plant Sterols, are also found in plant-derived foods, such as vegetables, nuts, and seeds. I enjoy taking these vitamins, even twice a day, because they are easy to chew, even though a bit gritty on the outside, and they don't get stuck in my throat like some uncoated vitamins or pills. It is also easy to remember to take because they taste great and it is like a treat. I say a mighty yes to this product.

The gummies themselves are a DELICIOUS peach flavor. They are very easy to chew and do not stick to your teeth. Those are some of the things that I really like about all of the Vitafusion gummies. The directions for the gummies say to take after meals, and this is really easy to do because they taste like little peach deserts.
