This pedal works great and is a lot stronger than the pedal that came with the original game (it broke within less than two weeks of use). Plus, it saves you from having to buy the whole drum set.
This pedal is 100 times better that the pedal that came with the drums. Its is perfect. I am a mother of 3 and they are all aspiring musicians. We love this drum pedal. I give it 2 thumbs up
WORKS GREAT, BETTER THAN ORIGINAL
It worked straight from the box. I like the switch on the cord for either rock band or guitar hero. After a two weeks of playing expert the pads still looked good compared to the world tour kick pedal. Only con about it is that you have to hit the pedal a bit harder to register the kick.
I received the drum pedal less than two weeks before this review. I had been having trouble with the stock pedal that came with my GH:WT drum kit. When first using this product I was very impressed. The construction seemed fine, but what I was happy with was the range of strike intensities that would still register as a hit, and there were no errant double-hits that registered (a problem with the stock pedal). However, after less than two weeks of very mild use I'm now having a major sensitivity issue. Anything less than a very firm strike no longer registers as a hit. This makes playing any song with faster bass and double bass hits almost impossible. I've read online from other reviewers that the sensitivity of this pedal is a more widespread issue. Because of this I would not recommend the product.
First few days of use were fine. If you are using this so you can play i expert +. Buy a different one. It broke almost immediatly. But is good for just single pedal use. a lot faster.
The product does not work like any other that my son has used. It was difficult to pump the foot pedal, but instead has to lift his foot and step on it to make it work. Not impressed at all, and he's pretty easy to please. He went from Expert drummer on Xbox 360 down a level, because the new foot pedal was so difficult to use. He unhooked it, never to be used again. Very disgusting. The only good thing about it was the packaging. Looked good, but not a good product. Waste of money.
