Cut, saw, and sand with the 2000 oscillations/min that the Worx WX686L 2.5-Amp Oscillating Tool provides. That’s enough power to saw through a nail, but precise enough for detailed work. The Universal Fit gives you the ability to use almost any sander or blade from almost any other brand, so you can tackle almost any project. Smaller is better. This tool is just over 3 lbs. and fits into places larger tools could never go, which only increases its usefulness. Safer than a saw, though powerful, this tool moves in tiny back-and-forth motions, like a medical saw that’s used to cut off casts. It’s capable of tremendous power, but delicate enough for precise jobs. There’s no kickback and anyone can use it. Plus, a 6.5-ft. cord gives you the reach you need to skip using an extension cord in many instances. Taking the oscillating multitool to the next level, Worx has included a clip-in wrench on the WX686L, which replaces the traditional method of attaching accessories and makes it easier than ever. No more Allen keys or flanges to lose. Simply slide the on-board clip-in wrench forward, insert it in the head of the oscillating multitool and twist to unlock the interface. Slide on your preferred accessory and twist the wrench again to securely attach your accessory to the multitool. Re-install the on-board clip-in wrench and you're ready to work. It's that simple.

I've had this tool for almost two years now after breaking two oscillating tools from a different company. This tool saw almost daily use and has kept going. None of the teeth have broken off from the blade clamp like they did on a competitor's oscillating tool. I've since replaced it with two Worx brand oscillating tools, but I still keep it in my tool shed for occasional jobs at home.
This tool is very nice. It was my first time to use similar tool and it was really easy to know how to handle it. For cutting, sanding.. Wood or anything else it was really easy. Since it is wired so there is no power loss. And you have 6 speed settings. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
I bought this a little over two months ago and it has been great really love the works brand [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
I do painting and construction and I needed a tool that would fit between ballisters for sanding all sides. It worked so well, I bought 2. Great use for cutting drywall and getting those hard precision cuts in tight areas. Recommend it to anyone. Unfortunately my only drawback was they both quit working on me this year within weeks of each other. Wish I could have them repaired or buy new bushings.
i bought this for my husband for christmas, he loves it. great quality,
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This multi tool can handle anything. I have used it to cut ceramic tile, wood, metal and plastic. An excellent sander too, allowing you to easily sand odd shapes and in tight spaces. I very much like how the hex key to change blades is stored neatly on the tool so it doesn't get lost. Love it!
Every bit as good as units twice the price. Works great. Used it to put wood flooring for an entire house. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this and was glad I did. It allowed me to install my floor with out having to remove all of the trim. I used the saw to trim the door frame so the floor would slip under it. It worked great.
This WORX tool made cutting door jams and moldings easier than what I previously experienced with a cheap big-store oscillating tool. I also was told to buy a more expensive Mikwaukee brand but instead Menards had these. Works great and they are fun to use.
I have become spoiled with my battery operated machines. The convenience of no cord and the reliability I have experienced with my variety of tools from Worx. I have found that I have the power I need to complete any task with ease and convenience of no cord.
