These are great for energy and really help lose the weight
I don't use this for weight control or weight loss. I use it for energy. It lasts all day instead of needing multiple energy drinks. I recommend dumping at least ½ out if you haven't used this product before. I have used it for over 10 years and will sometimes dump some out if i don't need as much energy. Remember, you can always take more but if you take too much you cannot undo that so please dump some out if you're new to this product.
Best price Ive seen in yrs. Make sure you eat something b4 or during taking or you will spend day vomiting nasty vitamin powder or wishing you would just to stop waves of nausea. Otherwise not being one for coffee in any form, this is my morning coffee.
I wasn't sure if these would work, but I absolutely love them! Perfect energy with no jitters or rapid heartbeat. This helps to have the energy to workout, run errands, complete daily tasks.
Do not buy these. These pills made me very sick and made me have heart palpitations. I took only 1 pill and had side effects. I felt like the world was moving in fast forward. I also got swelling in my hands and a red rash.
