This arrived defective. The instructions say to contact Lacrosse before returning it to Walmart. I called their long distance support number to get a recording that says it's an 8 minute wait to leave a message. I left an email message with the problem at their website. Days later... nothing. Not even an auto reply email saying they got my email. I am REALLY unhappy.
