Sponge filter provide both mechanical and bio filtration, also, the air infusion chamber produces minute bubbles which increase the oxygen solubility Safe for fish: soft sponge material, traps floating debris and won't suck up your fish Easy to set up & clean: simply install an airline into the unit and turn on the air pump, simply rinse and squeeze sponge in tank water Recommend tank size: up to 20 gallon, excellent for small size fish like betta, dwarf cichlid, guppy, killifish etc., or for hatcheries, maternity tanks, nano tanks and fry tanks, as the filter produces minimal current and has almost no way to suck the fish through the filter Includes: 1 PC of sponge filter; Dimension: 3.0"D X 6.5"H

I am happy with my purchase! filters work great for keeping aquarium clean. filters are easy to clean also. never need to replace as often!
The item description is accurate and has good quality.
Good value for the cost, %26 considering it needs to be replaced every 30 days; it saves us a trip to PetSmart.
It is working as described. It is too soon to tell if it will produce the needed bacteria. Our local fish guru recommended sponge filters as thats all he uses.
works great and a good price.
works good but not as great as I wanted it to work.
Too small for 10 gallon tank
