Great tasting Chilip Seasoning mix. I always use this.
This seasoning mix made people rave about my 'basic' chili... // Portions: Approx. 20 servings (Each contains: 12 oz chili 2.4 oz sour cream 3.2 oz shredded cheese.) // Price: VERY reasonable. // Ingredients: All available at Walmart. // Instructions: (1) Crock pot @ MEDIUM with all ingredients, EXCEPT the beef, sour cream, and cheese. (2) Cook the meat at your stove, then strain off MOST of the fat before adding it to crock pot. (3) Set crock pot @ LOW after adding beef. (4) Stir often, cooking for 1-2 hours more. (5) Add the toppings to each serving, if desired. // Downloads: 2 photos -- Print them. Cook some yourself -- adjusting to your tastes and diets. My fear was that it would be too spicy. I was very pleased that it was not the only thing I wish it couldn't improve on. It lacked salt
