Made Rice Krispie treats with these and they're just as good as the name brand. They're delicious dry by themselves too!
I thought I was imagining how much faster the cereal went soggy. It is a variety prone to go soggy fast but this was like the instant the milk hit the bowl. Did a direct comparison to the name brand. The Great value brand is lighter in color, smaller, flatter and less dense. And yeah the second the milk splashes it goes soggy vs at least several bites of snap crackle and pop. And it's ten calories higher for the same serving size, lol.
Box was damaged, product crushed.

First time buying a Great Value cereal we didn't like. Cereal is different texture and quickly (and I mean VERY quickly) absorbs milk and is super soggy. I will not risk making crispy treats with these. We will be going back to the name brand on this one.
box was within date but had apparently been overlooked by QC. the box was sealed but bag of cereal inside was ripped open and cereal was spilled out inside sealed bx

When has it EVER been okay to sell items Scotch Taped closed? i never could have imagined this! I received Great Value brand Rice Crisp taped shut in my grocery delivery this evening! I didn't even want to give this one star, but had to in order to make comments! This will absolutely be going back to the store!

I've had this cereal before and it tasted ok, I add bananas and milk and it has been fine. BUT this time this cereal tasted like wood chips, it was so dry and would not absorb milk. I had to throw it out.
