We exclusively use this oil for frying and cooking, especially Indian food. Haven't noticed any difference from other brands. Will definitely buy again.
"Our family goes through three gallons of peanut oil every month. Being East Indian, we have been using this oil for generations, and we have experienced significant health benefits as a result."
I realized peanut oil is just the better option for my cooking (unless I'm using olive oil for certain recipes). Corn oil, canola oil (harmful! and disgusting how they process it), and vegetable oil (soybean oil - bad!) are all bad for you. Peanut is the "healthier" option and better for frying or baking. It is more expensive than the other oils but is worth every penny.
I'd been looking for peanut oil in the stores and was unable to locate anything but a very small size container. Of course, around Thanksgiving you'll find it in the large containers. This oil is excellent for frying, whether i a frying pan or in a deep fryer. Great quality, I don't detect a difference between it and any name brand.
