The product name is listed as crushers ANC but received hesh ANC. The item was opened by someones else. It came just with a tape over the flap.
This was a third party purchase and the headphones were really really in bad shape. \nI never experienced anything like this from a order. \nWhen you buy something online look at the order and see if its from the actual brand. The third parties suck and the product isnt what it seems with them.\nThese headphones go to the actual website and get them don't waster time on here.
