Makes excellent longlasting curls! Very easy to use
I bought this iron many month ago and it's my favorite of all time. I have all the different spring sizes. Gives the most beautiful shiny hair and lasting curls. Great on space in my station and travel!
So I wanted to wait a little before reviewing this and really seeing if it's worth the splurge. I can now officially say that it totally is. I have long thick heavy hair down to my lower back and have always struggle to find a good product to keep my curls. Not to mention I have the humid Miami heat working against me. I finally found an amazing product that I can fully stand behind. I got the 1” barrel and I am in love. The curls lasted over 3 days and looked like they were done by a professional. I am obsessed.
Love the fact that you can buy the base and then have all the other options to buy over time instead of having to buy a new curling wand when you want to get a different look.
Good base. Wire is long which is a pro. Temperature settings are confusing but you get the hang of it
This base works well but there are a few things that could be improved. For example, I tend to hit the power button unintentionally when curling my hair, which sometimes turns the unit off. Also, I had to search online for what temperatures the different heat levels correspond to...it would be easier if they were labeled more prominently on the unit itself.
Why would you guys place the button there. When I'm twisting it to grab my hair to curl is I accidentally put up or down the heat! Other than that I love it. But come on!
I love how my hair comes out with my new T3 base & polished curls. The only issue I have is that while I'm curling my hair, my fingers keep accidentally hitting the on/off control button and I have to re-set it. I wish the on/off control button was located somewhere else where my fingers don't touch it while curling my hair. Have you had this feedback from other people? If you wind up changing the location of the on/off control button, would it be possible for you to send me a new base for free?
The on/off button is very poorly placed. It is on the top side of base where one usually places their hand when using. It has turned off several times because of this.
I bought the convertible base about 6 months ago and it's already not working. It's very upsetting because I spent more money to get a “better quality” curling iron. I've used it 3 times and it no longer turns on.
