Quality delicious product
I’ve always liked dried cherries, but this is the first ones I found without added oil or sugar. Yay!!
This was my first time ordering this product. It was fresh and delicious. I just wish it didn't cost so darn much or was available in bulk for a lower price.
I ordered the 6lb package and absolutely love them. Nothing add organic sour cherries are the best. Cannot find it anywhere. Will definitely order more later. Thanks!
Very fresh and great flavor! They're soft and delicious. They are unsweetened and all of nature’s delicious tart cherry flavor shine through! Amazing:)
Excellent quality at an affordable price, especially being organic and a nice large size.Have not had any problems with broken pieces of pits, which I have read in some reviews. Very Happy and Very Delicious
So, I purchased these because I want to try making a cherry-blackberry chicken meal, and canned tart cherries are pale and a little unappetizing-looking. Gonna try rehydrating them a bit in some tart cherry juice. If they don't really rehydrate, no biggie. They look like raisins, small and shriveled, but are a bit softer, and less harsh-tasting. I wasn't too thrilled when I hit a pit on only the third one I ate, but they DO warn you of the possibility. I'm hoping the cherry juice rehydration will make them taste a little more cherry-like and less intense, but these characteristics are normal for dried fruits, so we'll see. I mean, raisins don't really taste like grapes, right? All in all, the quality seems good. They are very pricey, but a pound of dried berries is equivalent to a LOT more berries than if they had all their water. I don't know the actual proportions, but I'm guessing that 1 pound of these would weigh at least 3 pounds in their natural state, if not more. So, it will be interesting to see if they work for my planned use, but if not, I'm happy to eat the rest as snacks, or maybe baked into muffins or quick-bread.
I don't know if it was just a bad bag, but these had nothing good about them! Icky! Return was mail to Fed Ex. Post office wouldn't accept the big BOX. Called and was told to leave it at Walmart-did that - 90 mile round trip. No contact about it from WM that I expected before now.
These cherries are terrible. They are very small, the size of a currant and very very sour. Can't get past the taste
It was tasteless and I also found some human(?) hair in the package. I dumped it in the garbage where it belonged.
