Smokey and slightly herby... not overly salty. Went so well with the pork giving it that Tex-Mex flare. Super delicious. I'm going to use this for my taco pizzas next! Great product!!

It has just the right amount of “kick” to spice up the fajitas without setting my mouth of fire. I will be purchasing again!

It is salt based but the salt is balanced with the other spices in the mix that salt isn't the overpowering flavor. It has a nice herby after note from the oregano in it which is a nice change in Tex-Mex. We have used this on fish, beef, chicken, and fries. It has worked nicely on everything! It is also nice that a little goes a long way. Typically with seasonings I feel like I am over seasoning just to get all the flavors of it but with this I can use a reasonable amount and the flavor still shines through.

Tastes great on burgers as well as chicken breast! Does not take much, a little dusting goes a long way. I recommend using this seasoning while grilling out and inside cooking. It is not overwhelming with any taco flavors which I love about the product.

I tried incorporating this tex-mex seasoning in salads, poultry, fish and beef dishes and what is most impressive is the range of uses this spice has. A great way to brighten salads, spice up fish and chicken, and a great way to rub meats such as briskets for cooking or smoking. The richness of this spice is further enhanced after cooking and is the perfect compliment. The balance of spice is perfect in that it's not too powerful as to overcome any dish and not too understated as to not be noticeable. Wow!!!

Did not get a real Tex/Mex spice flavoring but it was good none the less. Would like so additional recipe ideas but it could be good as a dip which I haven't tried yet.
