We bought these smokers for our sons. We have a Bradley smoker and use it quite a lot. It is easy to use.
Just got my Bradley smoker. Very happy with it, don't know everyone issues with it is . The thermometer works great didn't take long to get 259 at all. Smoke brats for our lunch today.
easy to assemble and works great.
Great first smoker. Constant smoke. Constant temp. Easy assembly.
My husband makes a lot of meat. He has a green egg and a Lynx grill. This is another top notch tool for him. It was an early Christmas present.
Extremely pleased with the item to include price, expedient shipping and perfect condition of the item. Thanks for the opportunity to shop on-line with Walmart.
I have used this Bradley already 3 time in the past week and it's awesome. with plenty of recipes out there, you can smoke whatever you mouth waters for. I do recommend a digital thermometer to go with it to know exactly when your meat is cooked to perfection. I'm not sure I will use the grill again now that I have my Bradley. two thumbs up!
I really like this smoker. No frills, but it works. I had an earlier model that quit after about 9 or 10 years. I looked into different types, but this is super convenient, takes up little space on my deck, and the controls are easier to use than my old model. I just made some very good smoked salmon, and will be doing a chicken in a couple of days.
AFTER "CURING" THE SMOKER PER THE INSTRUCTIONS, I CLEANED THE INTERIOR AND ATTEMPTED MY FIRST SMOKING. THE RECOMMENDED SMOKING TEMP WAS 210 DEGREES FOR THE MEAT. IT TOOK OVER AN HOUR TO ADJUST THE TEMP CONTROLS AND REACH THE 210 MARK. THE TEMP KEPT RISING AND WAS VERY DIFFICULT TURNING BACK DOWN TO THE COOKING TEMP. MY SECOND ATTEMPT WAS SIMILAR EXCEPT I DID NOT ADD THE COOKING BISCUITS UNTIL THE TEMP WAS STABILIZED. THIS SAVED ME SEVERAL BISCUITS BUT STILL TOOKAN HOUR TO STABILIZE THE INTERIOR SMOKER TEMP TO 210 DEGREES.
I have had nothing but bad luck with this unit. I read some of the reviews and not sure how others have had such good luck, maybe I got a lemon, but searches on the internet show the Bradley Smokers have a bad heating element. I've done everything they've suggested....I made sure it was plugged in (and to an ample supply line)...changed the heating element, changed the fuse....and still...after having it on MAX HEAT for HOURS it barely gets beyond 100 degrees. Well, it's pretty darn hard to make a pork butt with 100 degrees. Don't waste your time...get a better unit. Bradley does not seem interested in fixing the darn heating element issue....or...know you were forewarned.
