Versatile and the perfect size for everyday use, I love this Small Vera Tote. The navy color is a great neutral. The performance twill handles weather well. The handle drop is just right for me and, of course, the interior and exterior pockets organize everything for the organizer that I am. I have mixed feelings about how bright but stylish the silver exterior zipper is against the navy.
At first I thought the bag was going to be to big when I fist opened it but I took it on a trip to Colorado as a carry on purse and Ive been hooked ever since. Its the perfect size I use it for a daily bag now. The material is great and I love the color.
I got this in the navy color. It is plenty big. I like that it is light weight and the shoulder straps easily fit over your shoulder even with a winter coat on. I do wish there was a key leash, they are so convenient and secure. The rain beads up on it so it is great for inclement weather. I think it will be easy to clean when it gets dirty.
Strap drop perfect for over shoulder or on the arm. Perfect size to hold everything yet not too big. Plenty of great size pockets but not so many you forget where you put things! Thinking I might buy another to have just in case this one ever wears out!
I love this bag!! The organization this bag gives you is amazing. The pockets allow for your misc items to stand up instead of laying in a pile in the bottom of the bag. I especially like the performance twill with the larger outside zipper pocket. If I counted I know I would have at least 12 of this bag. Ive tried many other brands and styles but continuously go back to this bag. Wish you would make this in leather with the 6 slip pkts on the inside and the outside pockets too. The 6 pockets on the inside are the true stars of this bag.
I live this bag. I also like the performance twill fabric. Ive been a long time Vera Bradley fan. I would like to see bags the size of the one i bought in crossbody. More bags that are this size in the performance twill fabric. I also bought a wallet in this fabric and i love it.
I was looking to replace my previous tote bag which I received as a gift. Almost identical to this one. Also a Vera tote. This is just a little bit bigger. Love the pockets on the outside as well as the little pockets on the inside. Pretty light weight which is the most important thing to me. Very happy with my purchase.
There is a difference in the small tote bags, The cotton ones have a small outside pocket and zipper, where the performance twill have a longer zipper and a longer and deeper outside pocket. The size of the bags remain the same. No where does Vera Bradley have this in their descriptions. I prefer the longer outside pocket as it holds more. I bought many of these totes and it took awhile for me to figure out this difference.. Would like to know if VB will continue to make the longer one in more colors? In the cotton ones you have. I don;t like the new small tote as it has too short a handle and I don;t want a cross body strap and with the side pockets, it looks like a baby bag
I have a few Vera Bradley totes. I particularly like this size, the small tote bag. It has several pockets inside as well as a zipper pocket and open pocket on the outside. I love the small pocket on the top. It is so convenient for my phone. I have other merchandise from Vera Bradley and I love each one.
The bottom of my Tote has the stitching sticking up as if it was sewed backwards. The plastic bottom is bent vertically as well so it doesnt sit flat. I am looking at the picture closer it looks like the model bag is also damaged. Very disappointing.
