We've purchased this shoe several times for my toddler (as he ages) and we've had great success with it. It's comfortable, easy to put on, and stylish as well! he doesn't resist putting these shoes on which helps us get out the door faster.
I purchased these Saucony Baby Jazz Lite gold color sneakers for my 3 year old daughter in a size 8.5 wide with the help of the Stride Rite printout measuring guide. My daughter is walking and running without tripping as much as she did before. She even tells me that they feel great. I definitely recommend these.
My son has very narrow feet with the instep and heel. These shoes fit him perfectly without slipping or gapping/ sloppy across the top of foot. Very pleased these have worked fo his little feet. I ordered the medium 7.5 little kid in size and my son is 2 years old.
I ordered a blue and yellow pair for my son who was then 14 months old. He's now 17 months and the shoes have held up through him discovering mud, puddles, kicking, the playground, and dragging his feet when he wants to be picked up. It's also made it easy for him to try to put his own shoes on. When they're dirty, I just wipe them down with a wet towel and they look like new again. I recently ordered the navy/cobalt/red pair in a larger size.
We’ve had these shoes for about 3 months now (she’s actually about to need another pair) and I would happily buy them again. They’re her primary shoes, she wears them every day on walks, to the park, etc and they’ve held up great. They fit well, stay on without problems, and have been a great pair. I’ve recommended them to a lot of people!
I have a very active toddler daughter. we're on our 3rd pair of jazz lite sneakers! we used one pair each of the last two summers and i just bought a third for winter house shoes. they are easy to put on, comfortable and available in many colors. i like the retro look and she likes how fast she runs!

I kept these because they are cute and my son seemed to like them. I sized up 1/2 a size based on reviews and I'm glad I did. My son measures as a wide (used to be an xw) and has thick feet. The wide seemed to fit except the velcro strap barely reaches over to the grippy part of the velcro. If it had a longer velcro strap, it would be much better.
Shoe is well made, and very sturdy. Also pretty light weight! They felt a bit too stiff for my little guy. When tried on, he'd crawl, stop and look at them, crawl more, stop. Then pulling up he struggled with them. He has loose ankle ligaments (we're likely to get orthotics soon), so I'm guessing the shoe would be just great for another baby. Unfortunately, we had to return them and try another style.
These shoes are so stiff. Our three year old can't put them on or take them off on her own and is now refusing to wear them for that reason. So they won't get broken in to make it easier. Unfortunate.
