crust was like puff pastry and very good. the tiny taste I got of the gravy was delicious but barely a teaspoon. skimpy on the filling but it has good flavor. i didn't get the gluten free.
Absolutely loved the crunchy crust ( in the microwave!) This would have been the best chicken pot pie of this kind in a very long time if only there was more filling! Wasn't worth the price as is.
First, it's not a "pie", it's only got a top crust. I cooked it in the microwave according to directions, and the crust came out hard and dry. Had to use a fork and knife to cut the crust, which since it was hardened, was pretty difficult. It's loaded with peas-the cheapest vegetable, but carrots, potatoes and chicken are pretty sparse. The gravy is okay, but nothing special. I don't see why they call it a pie when it's not a pie.
wasted $3.35 buying it wasted 40 minutes of electricity cooking it had to cook it longer because it wasn't cooked by the recommended amount on the packaging when it got done and I took it out the crust is okay but didn't have a lot of flavor and the sauce on the inside around the vegetables and meat tasted like chemicals didn't eat thro out don't waste your money
This Pot pie is literally half the serving size of the one I originally ordered... I would have been fine with getting something within the same brand and just a different flavor, but this isn't something I would've chosen for a substitution because of how small it is.
do not buy this!! it's too expensive for no food. firstly this cooks awful. secondly when the top of the pie came off after i cooked it, i found the bowl to be empty! the pie had nothing inside of it. just a crust top. this company is lying to you! and overpricing this garbage. photo posted is straight from being cooked. haven't taken a single bite.
Got these as an easy dinner meal and was beyond disappointed. Have no idea why these are a best seller and the price... don't even get me started. There was little to nothing inside. Opened the crust to find a thin layer of dry scraps on the bottom. Followed directions perfectly and looked beautiful until we broke through the crust and realized there was barely anything inside. These aren't even worth half the price of a banquet pot pie! The few small dry pieces of chicken were pretty tasty though lol.
Really poor quality all around. There's hardly anything in the pie itself. Chicken is pressed/formed meat. Flavor is nonexistent. Even the peas are weird. Took one bite and threw it out.
after 6 minutes the top never cooked solid. no gravy very dry. more potatoes than chicken.
not very much chicken or filling. Seems like they put all of their mony into the crust. They should have seasoned the pot pie, if they did it might have been worth the money. I wouldn't purchase this item a second time.
